Phil Schultz, Executive Director
God has uniquely gifted Phil for this position which he began in June, 2005. He holds a Master in Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.  He proud husband of Melanie and father of Hannah, Caleb, and Faith.

Stacey Cunningham, Resident Intern
Wyoming Valley Rescue Mission
Stacey Cunningham is from Houston,Texas. Close to a year ago he happened upon some difficult times and God lead him to the Scranton Rescue Mission in order to establish a fruitful and productive relationship with his son Jesus Christ and develop a new and better method of living, thinking and behaving.  Currently serving as an intern Stacey has hopes for a future in ministering to people through the means of becoming a drug and alcohol counselor, through City Vision College.  He has also found a home church where he has had opportunities to participate in the choir, ushering, and helping bring new and fresh ideas for church fellowship. Stacey feels that God has truly blessed him tremendously and his desire is to be the faithful and humble servant that he would have me to be.

 
Jonathan Marshall,
Office Manager
In March 2009, Jonathan started with the mission as the residential chaplain and has become the Office Manager as of July 2010.  Originally in 2007 he was in Tacoma Washington half way through a business degree but God had other plans for him which led him to Clarks Summit and Baptist Bible College.  In 2009 he received a Bachelor's Degree from BBC and currently is working on getting an MA at BBGS hopefully in May, as well as an Masters of Divinity at the Seminary within the next few years.   
 
 
Don Regan, Resident Intern
Scranton Rescue Mission
Donald Regan is from Scranton and currently serves as an Intern for City Vision College at the WVRM. He came to the mission in June of 2009, and has worked his way to Intern/Chaplain trainee. Currently he is working towards a certification in addictions counseling, and hopes to serve as a Chaplain/Counselor in a mission someday.

 
Rick Rutter, Chaplain
Wyoming Valley Rescue Mission
Rick Rutter husband to Jean and father of 8 comes to WVRM having served in Rescue Ministry for 13 years in Lancaster PA.  Rick has his BS (Missions) from Lancaster Bible College and is licensed for ordination at Crossroads Mennonite Church in Lancaster, PA.  He also serves Lancaster Mennonite Conference on the Bishop Search Committee and Finance Committee. Rick came to know Jesus through the ministry of Water Street Rescue Mission in Lancaster, PA where His life verse, 1 Cor 6:9-11, became a daily reminder of the life Jesus saved him from and the reconciliation that Jesus provides to all those whom He has created in His image.
 
 
Linda Titus, Children's Ministry Coordinator
Scranton Rescue Mission
Linda has served as children's coordinator since January 2010.  She graduated from the University of Scranton with a BA in Communications.  Later, she received a Bible Certificate from Baptist Bible College.  Along ministering at the Scranton Rescue Mission, Linda also as the director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Lackawanna County, Inc.
