The Million Volt Man!
Join us as we explore with Dean Ortner, who has been on "Ripley's Believe It or Not," as he demonstrates principles of natural law as discovered by science. Each night he will have a different program displaying the wonders of science and at one point in this exploration, Dean will put 1,000,000 Volts of electricity through his body as a demonstration (as seen in the above picture).
So join us at Grace Bible Church on Aug 15th through Aug 18th at 6:00pm. On Tuesday the 17th, there will be a food drive held to benefit the Scranton Rescue Mission, so bring canned items, nonperishable items and paper products.

If you are a native of northeastern Pennsylvania, you've probably never heard of a Rescue Mission. There are over 300 Rescue Mission's across America and 10 in Pennsylvania (click on www.agrm.org to see a complete listing). We do much more than feed the homeless. We "rescue" people by intervening in their moment of crisis--homelessness, addiction, abuse, release from prison, etc.
THE GOAL- To take men through a highly structured residential Christian Discipleship Program (we call it LifeChange). This year-long program is very comprehensive as it encompasses spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical components of the human life. Our goal is to take a broken life and restore it to a life that honors Jesus Christ.
